We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. It is highly recommended that the client purchase insurance for the shipments.
We cannot guarantee the successful retrieval of all data, especially if there is significant damage or corruption to the hard drive or storage hardware. Guardian Investigations follows all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to data retrieval, and reserves the right to refuse to perform data recovery or retrieval for a client or case.
