Private investigations field is more than the heart-stopping action and conducting surveillance: Being a private investigator requires patience, persistence, teamwork, self-discipline, and organization. This course will cover the different aspects of the private investigations industry and the skills and techniques used by licensed professionals! Learn from our instructors who are licensed and currently practicing private investigators.
This course is taught in central Suffolk County at our headquarters on 150 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, New York, in the Lower Level of the “Citibank” building, inside of the Media Center. Each class includes up to a 45-minute lunch. There is a cafeteria with hot and cold food available for purchase down the hall from the classroom. All materials for the course will be provided.

This course is for those curious about the private investigator profession, those who wish to return to the private investigations field, or those who are currently a private investigator who want another perspective on the industry. Our introductory course has our instructors break down the basic components of the skills and techniques needed to be a private investigator, as well as insights into the industry.
